Welcome to my annual Summer Training team. This is NOT an "intensive". They are great for learning new tricks and getting a great training session. But, you know what's better? CONSISTENT, PROGRESSIVE TRAINING. Take your off season to the next level and join The Stretch Empire's Summer Progressions Team!
Class information: PLEASE READ COMPLETELY
MUST HAVE
- Equipment **Click to purchase from Website if you do not have
- Gymnastics ball
- Foam roller
- Stretch band with loops
- two yoga blocks
- one heavy/extra heavy rubber stretch band
When?
June and July (possibly August depending on requests)
Tuesday's 10am-1pm
Thursday's 10am-1pm

Format?
This is TRAINING, meant to progress your dancer's body correctly, consistently, and intensely. They will be learning what true upkeep is of proper stretching, strengthening, and technique and will be phasing through progressions as the days go on.
10:00-10:05 Foam rolling
10:05-10:20 True Warm up
10:20-10:40 Knees and Toes
10:40-11:30 True Stretch and Strengthen
11:30-12 Lines
(10 min snack)
12:10-1 (Tuesday's Jump Training) (Thursday's Turn and Balance Training)
Expectations?
-Work Hard/Max effort
-Talking only when allowed
-No tolerance for complaining
-Preface your dancer that this is real training practice and it's meant to challenge and push you
Preparation?
-Make sure your dancer has eaten breakfast
-bring water and a snack
-hair must be in a BUN
-Black Apparel only (NO baggy pants)
